Latest generation detergent or sanitizer
SANITEC is a powerful sanitizer or disinfectant which allows to disinfect multiple surfaces, be they floors, walls, tools and instruments. It also disinfects vehicles, furniture, transport containers, and waste and clothing.
It is recommended to use SANITEC on non-porous surfaces in order to reduce microorganisms to an amount compatible with the working environment. SANITEC can be applied both on surfaces which maintain a relationship with food, as well as those that do not.
The 5th Generation quaternary ammonium compounds, which combine mixtures of twin chain Quats with quats of n-Alkyl di Methyl Benzyl Ammonium structure, allow SANITEC to possess a privileged performance as a germicide and display great performance even when used in hard water. The aforementioned allows SANITEC to continue being soluble and generating foam.
The other SANITEC components enhance its germicidal effect and allow the product to be highly effective in all its applications.
As a consequence of the characteristics of the Quaternary Ammonia, SANITEC presents low toxicity, minimal effect of corrosion, and in turn is little affected by residues of sugar, starch or albumin.
Along with the persistent residual power SANITEC can even perform in a wide pH range due to the fact that it maintains its level of activity in either the acidic, neutral or alkaline medium (its optimal pH is 9.0). In addition to the aforementioned, SANITEC performs excellently even in hard water and can be used together with seawater without presenting difficulties, keeping the surfaces without contamination and sanitized clothing after rinsing with the mentioned germicide.
